Rainie - Yoga Instructor & Meditation Guide
“I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their body and find their own rhythm with yoga. My journey started in India where I trained and have been on a journey of discovery ever since. Recently I added guided meditation to my offerings as a natural continuation of my learning, practice and holding space for others. I’m also a seasoned paddle boarder and a past SUP & Soul guest having joined Cami on many a retreat & paddle in Sussex, Norway & more recently in Slovenia.”
Come back to self, through movement.
Rainie is a Hatha, Chair and Yin Yoga instructor and meditation teacher based in West Sussex. She specialises in creating welcoming spaces designed to reconnect clients with themselves and their natural rhythm. She blends steady strength, gentle flow and deep rest, creating space for both movement and stillness.
Inspired by the cycles of nature and the Celtic Wheel of the Year, Rainie’s classes reflect the changing seasons and honour traditional seasonal festivals and turning points throughout the year. With a fun, flowing and down-to-earth approach, Rainie believes yoga and meditation should feel accessible, supportive and real.
Whether guiding a steady Hatha practice, a nourishing Chair session, a spacious Yin class or a grounding meditation, she encourages students to listen inward, soften expectations and move in a way that feels true to them. She creates space for students to breathe, move, rest and reconnect — feeling more balanced, aligned and at home within themselves.
“Rainie’s classes are a delight, a time I look forward to where I can drop out of the world outside and gently come back into my body, reclaiming myself. I always leave feeling a deep sense of spaciousness and calm and I love how her sessions are adapted to the current season, weaving in different energies and themes from nature helps me feel grounded and more connected to the natural world.”
