A Taste of Your Time

Escape and recharge with day retreat on the beautiful River Wey in Surrey. Slow down, immerse yourself in nature and remember that you're part of it. Co-hosted by Cami and Clare, we'll open in circle to land and set intentions, then journey 9km down the river where we’ll flow into a state of blue mind through blue health coaching and mindfulness moments, nature connection, and lots of fun and play - we’ll even take a wild swim if the mood strikes and enjoy a freshly prepared picnic along the way. After arriving into Guildford we’ll take the restfulness to another level with a restorative sound bath, you’ll be lulled into a spaciousness like nothing else, caressed by sound and vibrations to help bring you back into balance. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’re guaranteed to leave feeling reconnected, revived and maybe even a little rewilded.

The Finer Details

River Paddle, Blue Health Coaching & Nature Connection

Launching from Godalming Wharf, you'll be guided by Clare and Cami on a gentle 9km paddle along the River Wey, taking in the sights, sounds and stillness of the water. Woven through the journey is blue health coaching with Clare: time to check in with the water, connect with its wisdom and let go of the daily grind. You’ll be led in moments of nature connection along the way, with a sprinkling of gentle playfulness, helping you tune into the river and your place within it. We'll pause to rest, breathe and drop into mindfulness, with plenty of space for play and laughter, and a freshly prepared vegetarian lunch to keep us going.

Wild Swim

Along the way there will be a chance to slip off your board for an optional wild swim. Whether you take a full dip or just a paddle of the toes, there's nothing quite like wild water to wake up the body, refresh the spirit and clear the mind. Entirely optional, always celebrated.

Sound Healing & Journalling

After our river paddle together, we'll gather to reflect, with space for journalling to embed the lessons of the river, before settling in for a sound healing journey led by Cami. We are vibrational by nature, each part of us working in harmony and balance, until life pulls us out of sync. Through sound, the body is gently guided back into alignment, relaxing and releasing energies that no longer serve our greater good. Immersed in soothing tones and healing frequencies, your body and mind are invited to soften and settle before the day draws to a close.

Or, if you've made new friends, head off to the pub together to raise a glass to your epic day on the water.

  • We keep our group intentionally small and have a maximum capacity of 12 places available - this helps to nurture a comfortable, cosy and intimate feeling among guests.

  • It’s totally up to you if you’d prefer to come along on your own or with friends. For any solo guests the SUP & Soul team will ensure you feel welcome and at ease but rest assured these events are all about helping to build a sense of community and ensure everyone leaves feeling like they’ve made new friends.
