An evening to gather, enjoy good company with like-minded souls and to thank you all for your support, love, encouragement and positive energy in relaunching SUP & Soul in Lancing this summer. Oh, and to share with you the news about SUP & Soul Adventures Ltd - the new paddle boarding adventure retreats coming in 2027!

We’ll have some special guests from the local community along with Maria, my international Norway retreat partner (and sister!) from Creativate You.

We will be hosting an exciting raffle loaded with awesome prizes:

💫 1 place on a 2027 Water & Wellness Day in Lancing also hosted by Cami! ☺️
💫 A 1:1 virtual intuitive coaching or healing session with Maria from Creativate You
💫 1 place on a group Yoga class with Rainie from Elemental Yoga in Worthing
💫 1 place on a group Sound Bath with Hayley from Crystals and Sound in Lancing
💫 1 place on a 1 hour Community Sauna Session with Seaside Sauna in Lancing
💫 1 place on a group paddle boarding lesson (beginner or progression) with Cami in Sussex

The raffle will be launched at the event and then will run for 14 days online post event with the winners being picked on Friday 27th November and informed of their win by Monday 30th November. All proceeds to the raffle will go directly to a local charity.

I’m just reaching out to a few charities to get permission to fundraise on their behalf - my top two choices are Sussex Bay and The Wave Project Brighton.
