Sauna Location: Seaside Sauna on Lancing Beach
Sauna Time: 16:00-17:00

Social drinks: 17:30-18:30(ish)
Location: TBC but likely to be close to Lancing beach!

Fancy dress: Optional - but ensure that, whatever you choose to wear, it’s safe to paddle in - particularly for swimming and self rescue.

Social paddle only bringing your own SUP kit: free
Social paddle only with SUP kit hire: £15
Social paddle with own SUP kit + Sauna: £15
Social Paddle with SUP Kit hire + Sauna: £30
Sauna only: £15

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:

Please ensure to wear appropriate paddle clothing for the weather conditions, if you’re unsure email me via cami@supandsoul.co.uk or Whatsapp on 07469929333.

If you’re bringing your own SUP kit please ensure to wear a suitable buoyancy aid and waist leash. If you don’t have one or both of these items please let me know - I have some available to borrow. If you do not have these items you cannot join the social paddle along with the group. Safety first, always.
